Return Policy

We offer a refund or exchange within the first 3 days from the date of purchase. After 3 days, no return, exchange, or refund will be processed. To be eligible for a return or exchange: (i) the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, (ii) it must have the original packaging, and (iii) if purchased during a sale, it may not qualify for return or exchange. Items will only be replaced in cases where they are defective or damaged, and such replacement is subject to our approval based on your exchange request and it will delievered in 10 business days

Certain categories of products are non-returnable or non-refundable, and this will be communicated at the time of purchase. For approved return or exchange requests, once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you via email. If approved after quality checks, your return or exchange will be processed as per our policy guidelines.
