  1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
  2. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our customer service within 2 days of receipt. The seller/merchant will verify and determine the claim before any action is taken.
  3. If the product received is not as described on the site or does not meet your expectations, contact our customer service within 2 days of delivery. Our team will review your complaint and take the appropriate decision.
  4. For products with manufacturer warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly for resolution.
  5. Once a refund is approved by PR COMMERCE, Amount will be credited within 7 days to your original payment method.
  6. For fruits and vegetables we have no return and no refund policy
